Can unused uses this month roll over to next month?
No. Uses are only valid within the current billing cycle. Unused portions are automatically reset to zero at the end of the cycle, with no accumulation or rollover.
If I purchase mid-month, does it count as a full month at month-end?
No. The cycle is calculated as "from the payment date to the same date next month." For example, if you purchase on July 25, it's valid until August 25, giving you a full month.
If I'm not satisfied with a generated plan, will regenerating after adjustments cost additional uses?
Yes. Each time you click "Confirm Generate Plan" and the result is successfully output, 1 use is deducted. We recommend previewing the packing result before clicking "Confirm Plan".
What should I do when I run out of uses?
You can: Purchase a "Top-up Pack" (recharge uses separately without changing your current cycle or plan version); Renew the next cycle early (new cycle uses are credited immediately and stack with remaining uses); Upgrade to a higher-tier plan (upgrade immediately grants a higher usage quota).
After upgrading my plan, are the remaining uses from before still there?
Yes. After upgrading, unused uses from your previous plan are retained and stack with the full quota of the new plan, all valid until the end of the original cycle.
Will my membership expiration date change after upgrading?
No. Upgrading does not change your billing cycle, and the expiration date is still based on your original payment date. If you want to reset the cycle, you can choose to purchase a new version after the current cycle ends.
Can I downgrade my plan?
Direct downgrade is currently not supported. You can wait until the current plan cycle ends and then repurchase a lower-tier plan.
How can I verify if I was charged extra uses?
In "Personal Center" -> "Usage History", you can view the detailed time, plan name, and deduction amount for each charge. All records are tamper-proof.
